This app, and the entire Somfy system is horrible. They must have a lot of friends, or all employees at Somfy are rating the app because there is no way this deserves 4 stars. The app crashes regularly. It randomly works, and the programming interface is horrible. Changing anything takes literally days of trial and error. I assume there whole goal is to only make this accessible to professional installers so they can protect their dealer network, but I know way more than my installer about tech, so that route was not helpful. I can’t believe MyLink was released on the world. Alpha at best.

I wish there was a mode where I could choose to close the windows half way. Also wish the app would connect quicker. I often have to close and reopen.
Great concept but misses the mark

You can’t rearrange the icons so when you set them up that’s the way they stay in that order. Doesn’t always respond
Slow to respond, regular error messages

And difficult to get help on their website. It can take 10-30 seconds before the signal reaches the shades. Wasn’t this slow before.

The app and the communication to the wireless hub need a lot of work. It’s an app that works “sometimes” but sold at the price point of a well functioning and developed device.
