Hardly ever works. No customer support. Updates do not work always says too far from signal even if right next to internet source. Worked good for first year bought in 2016 three rts controllers for awnings but hasn’t worked properly since. Don’t waste your time or money. For $200 each unit you would think they would get it right!
Latest update broke ability to control from anywhere

Although basic this app worked fine for me in controlling my sunsetter awning from anywhere. Since the update last week the app doesn’t find my awning unless I’m on my home network. Oddly I can still control it from anywhere using the Alexa app on my phone to issue a voice command. Please fix this!!

How can Somfy not bother to update the app to allow you to enter your four digit PIN
No position verification
Rare photos??
The app works - but be aware that there is no position verification. There is only a up and down arrow. I have to open my nest camera app to verify if my outdoor screens are up or down when I am not at home.

Takes forever to open and load your myLink. Often doesn’t control all the shades in a group. Bought a Bond Bridge instead and much more seamless integration, better app and never any issues controlling my shades.
