Does Not Work!

tomat0

Tried to program 8 shades for two days without success. Works individually but groups randomly malfunction including blinds on a separate remote control. Impossible to use. Wasted a lot of time and effort. Ended up going back to manual remote controls. Very disappointed!

Oct 2020 Update disabled 1/2 my scenes

LM-1214

After this recent update 1/2 of my automatic scenes no longer ran. I deleted the scenes and tried to set-up new ones but the option to set a specific time is no longer available. This needs to be corrected

Unreliable and useless

Jimpier1

The app takes forever to connect each time you try to use it. Very frustrating and a waste of time for something that is supposed to offer convenience. Many times it doesn’t connect at all so you have to keep shutting it down and trying again. Kinda makes the whole thing useless.

Ifttt integration broken

NickInPHX

Can’t activate IFTTT, doesn’t generate code ?

App Won’t Update

nicknameislessthan30chaeacters

Constant message. Plug it in, unplug it, plug it in, unplug it, plug it back in, is the light Orange, mind numbing. The device is right next to my router. Ridiculous.

Not working with Alexa

SandyPines

Don’t buy this! It will only completely open, or completely close the drapes with Alexa. Very temperamental.

Easy to setup

Fantastic Friday

Since I’m not too good at setting up these devices after doing it was was pretty straight forward. Even connecting to Alexa app was simple.

Somfy doesn’t know how to build apps

ClaudiaC006

This app is a total joke. I can’t believe how slow and buggy it is. This is a perfect example of a hardware company trying to build software without any experience doing so. Whatever product owner/manager was responsible for this should be unemployed. Looks like it was developed for the original iPhone on iOS 1 and hasn’t been updated since. Needs a total rewrite by a team with competent UI/UX and development skills.
