Massive trouble getting it to work with my awning

Not a great app. Couldn’t connect to my network and getting support has been a bad experience. In the app there’s a lot of functionality gaps

This app is functional but would be more helpful and valuable if it would indicate if my screen is open or closed after using it. I open my screen wall from my office inside my house but I don’t have a visual of that happening unless I’m looking at it. Incorporate an ‘open’ or ‘closed’ comment such as the myQ app offers for their garage door app. This would improve the ‘remote’ functionality of this app.

Backyard Porch Screen Control

Very basic app. It does allow me to control the screen at my porch but that’s it. It will not tell u whether the screen is open or closed etc. No notification as well if screen is opened when integrating with some sensor. Overall no advanced feature.

So frustrating when they don’t work or connect. Constantly dropping connection. I’d rather have a physical remote that works. Very poorly designed app.

I have to ask it around 4-7times for it to actually open up the shades for 5 thousand dollars you think it would work every single time!!!! 1 star all day and look for a better brand that actually works
Unable to type in box to input pin for joining existing system

When I tap on the input box, nothing happens. I am not able to open my keyboard to type. Running iOS 14.6 on iPhone XS Max. Works fine on my iPad.

When u r out of town, u cannot lower and raise the blinds! Spent money on the Somfy and it doesn’t work!!!
