This app does NOT function at all with IOS 14 on an iPhone or iPad. It will not connect with the MyLink RTS Interface module on IOS devices that I installed IOS 14 on. It will work fine with IOS 13.7 on another iPhone I own. Did Somfy not know that IOS 14 was coming and plan ahead?

Seems like there has never been a designer working on this. The UX has no logic.

I was told there would be an update last week to work w iOS 14. Nothing yet and my app still doesn’t work

10/2/20 Update - Latest update resolved all issues with IOS 14. Works as promoted. I am unable to setup a new system with version 6.6 with IOS 14. I guess I should have waited to upgrade my iPhone. The app just sits and spins waiting to find the myLink device. It looks like the iPhone connects to the myLink devices WiFi during setup and then drops. Hopefully this gets updated soon.

Does not work with my iPhone 11 on iOS 14. Very embarrassing as an installer / integrator - especially when my phone does not work and then the customer’s phone does not work either. Shows poorly on the brand and product.

I’ve had product for 2 weeks and it never worked. Multiple calls to customer support ... wait for new version for iOS 14 compatibility. Still won’t work.

I have version 6.7 on my iPhone while my husband still has 6.6. On my phone when I try to change the time on a schedule, the time on the selection wheel must be white and I cannot see the time to select what I want. If I go to his iPhone, it works just fine. I deleted the app and reloaded it and the issue persists. Please correct that bug!
