The best Bikeshare bike I’ve used

I’ve been on a quest to try various bikeshare bikes. To date, the Social Bikes/Jump electric bike is far superior to other options. The rental process is seamless and the bike itself is very high quality and fun to ride. I’ve seen the new electric bike on the news and can’t wait to try it !

The app isn't remotely functional. I attempted to add a credit card to no avail. I put in a call and was told they were working on it but had no timeline of when it would be complete. My password does not work and a link to reset it was allegedly sent with a two hour expiration to reply. I never did receive that email. The bikes look great though on the racks! Just not able to set anything up to actually utilize them.

I had to Uber home when I used it the second time and it's stuck at "Please wait… Canceling". ?

It's a good app, however, I wish there was a way to add money into the account through the app rather than having to go directly to the website. Also, I'm hoping that their is eventually an Apple Watch app to find and reserve bike stations quicker; just an idea for those who have an Apple Watch.

When I opened the App, I was excited to create an account, until I reached a screen where the only option was to choose a prepaid account with an annual membership cost? (Is that correct? It was confusing) Would have preferred an option where I put a payment method on my account, and understand that each time I use a bike, it debits my account.

Won't change my network! Would love to ride bikes in weho & Beverly Hills but thinks I'm in SAMO allllll the time. Buggy.
Slight lag but functions okay

Could get better but does the job. Was able to sign up for the bikeshare in 5 minutes (took forever to trace location however but quick once it did). Gives summaries of distance travelled, and functions as a wallet for your extra balance.

Doesn't work. Was standing directly next to bikes and says on the map "no bikes available." Ummmmmm okay. Good work. I love the idea. Can we get out the bugs to make it actually functional?
