Love Bike Share in Burlington so much

It’s hard to express how happy it makes me that Burlington and Winooski finally have quality bike share, and I have to say this app and the Gotcha bikes are super nice and fun to ride/use. They’ve turned getting place to place into one of my favorite parts of the day. Also, this app is pretty well designed. Nice job!

Why is it when I’m rented a bike that is broken, the app continues to rent me the same broken bike. I sent in a repair request. I cancelled the order. Thank you for making me walk. And you losing money.

I enjoyed riding the bike throughout the Santa Monica area but I did have a few issues, well first of all the bike is very heavy and very hard for me to carry when I got stuck in the sand or needed to move it. Also the technology system on the bike needs to be updated the buttons were hard to press and it was pretty slow, and lastly the bike just wasn't too stable overall I kept struggling keeping it on track and in control.

So far I’ve used the app three times for recreational purposes, and I find it to be very helpful and fun. I recently visited Charleston SC, and having a bike added tremendously to my experience. I intend to use it more often.

I love juice bikes but some of the buttons on keypads are frustratingly sensitive and some screens are hard to read. Additionally through the app if I reserve a bike and want to cancel and reserve at the same station through the app it always gives me the same bike that I don’t want
