After reaching the bike station at our hotel we attempted to rent a pair for the evening. Initially we were disappointed that we couldn't simply swipe our credit cards and get running, but we downloaded the app nonetheless and pressed on... only to be rebuffed when entering the account number given. The bike prompted me to confirm my email address, but after 10 minutes of refreshing without receiving an email we gave up and decided to walk instead. We had even tried reserving a bike through the app but that didn't work either. I suppose this could be functional for residents who have time to wait for emails to come through (if that ever happens) but it's certainly not set up for tourists in search of a quick travel alternative.

App is terrible from a user experience standpoint. UI is clunky and overall time to setup an account takes ages if you just want to pick up a bike. Using this app will make you just want to opt for an Uber.

This app is so useful whenever it decides to actually work. Over the summer it was working great now the connection is awful and it takes 10-15 minutes to get anything done. I've just given up and walked where I want to go because of how long everything takes. Also the location of where the bike is initially/dropped off is sometimes off. I've searched for a bike and it not be at the hub and I've also received and email that the bike wasn't where I left it and emailed the company for them to tell me I was wrong just to be called saying the bike wasn't where the GPS said it was. I explained that the GPS was off and fortunately I was not charged. But I do like using the bikes when it works. There is just LOTS of bugs that need to be fixed.

This is a great idea but completely unreliable. It says the bike is booked but never is also takes forever to cancel a reservation. Doesn't work when you need it to.

They haven returned my money after a month I used the service and they charge 80 usd for 1 hour ride!!!

95% of the time I can't log in on the bike 'computer'. Not only are they frustrating and take forever to un-hibernate, but the bikes are heavy. I've had plenty of times where the bike is there and the computer is functioning but the bike is unavailable. Wished this could help with my work commute but made me late more often than not

I paid for the monthly plan with no hesitation based on bike programs in other cities and felt exited to use the bikes. The app worked for one day. Can't log in anymore. I did write down the account number so I thought I could just use the bikes with the acct #. Didn't work. Tried three bikes and waited at least 10 minutes. Still didn't work. Tried to find an email or a phone number to contact the team about the issue. No way to contact them unless you are media or want to start business with them. Please make the system more stable so people who support the idea can really use it!!!

When riding the bike, I went to lock the bikes and the keypad froze and would not allow me to finish my ride. My ride on the app said I was renting for over 60 hours. I tried to contact the local supervisor and was always sent to voicemail. After a week I was charged $26.81 for that ride and was given a $25 account credit. Not a full refund. I still don't have my money back. I have had it with there customer service. Don't use this app at all

I kept seeing the bright orange bikes more frequently here in Orlando, and became ever curious about using them, so I did! Great experience once you creat an account. I just did the pay as you ride, and the rates are very very low. It's better than driving everywhere, super easy to find a bike, better for your health, and better for the environment. I'm very glad someone had this idea and implemented it this well.
