Great idea, glitch Technology

The bikes are always where they say they will be, but renting a reserved one works about half the time and the app crashes a LOT. I've also walked out of my way to get a bike to find it out of service but the app says in service. When it works it's great, but I would not depend on it in a hurry.

Wife and I rented two bikes for the first time in Long Beach after dinner. Happened to walk by a social bike hub and had to try it out. A great date!!! App was easy to use and we were off after about 2 minutes of set up.

It's hard to give this a true review because there's a bug in the signup process where I can't enter in my credit car expiration date. It's pretty simple and easy to use up until then and I really WANT to use it, but I can't use it yet.
Bike share is fantastic, app is terrible and buggy

The app and service are way more complicated and unclear than necessary. Rules are unclear. Thought the "hold" feature meant you won't be charged when you're parked, but not the case at all. Makes you use a credit card instead of venmo or PayPal, yet no card swipe on the bike. That would have been way better. Sign up was way foggier than it needed to be and other people were having the same problems.

Do not give these people your credit card. I used 1 bike for 8 hours in NOLA over Mardi Gras and so far they have taken over $150 from my account. I could have purchased a bike from Walmart and thrown it away for less money. I just had to phone my bank and have this vender blocked.

This app works great for me. I use it almost everyday and never have a problem. I'm actually impressed with how well it works. Prices are very affordable. Position of bike racks in my town (St Petersburg, FL) are excellent.
