Bike was fully locked, however after 17 hours I now have an large fee that I cannot appeal. Even though the bike, including according to the gps, was stationary at the bike return.
I have an account with a balance but both the app and website only show my stations/available bikes in the St. Pete area rather than Tampa where I live.
We wanted to rent 4 bikes and due to the poor keypads on many of the bikes it took us 15 minute get one unlocked. As time started ticking on the first bike it took us another 20 minutes and a phone call to customer service before We were able to unlock the other 3 bikes. Customer service was not able to help us but at least gave a little credit. They need to replace the keypads on the bikes !!!
Tells me there are no bikes near me. I'm standing right next to a rack of them... It's worked for me before!
The concept is great. But people hide the “available” bikes in their backyards. So “available” bikes are not truly available. But overall, a good program.
I love the app and the bikes. Me and my family use them all the time. I hope they expand the riding area and add more bikes.
