Had planned to use the nikes to get to and from a restaurant, and i am already a subscriber, but app would not let me sign into NOLA’s bikes so have to quick take a $$$$ cab. :(
What a terrible app & system

Every other system I’ve used, you can just walk up to the bike put in a credit card and right away. SoBi insists you download an app with a stupid name that doesn’t show up in the Apple App Storeless you have it exactly (for example, Charleston bike share produces nothing), and then SoBi gives you an account number which is hard to remember and hard to find in the app that you have to use every time you rent a bike. Stupid.

I’ve been using this app to rent from the school fleet of bikes at OU. I’m always careful about locking the bike and logging out when I’m done, but sometimes it seems this is not recorded. I’ve noticed sometimes the console interface buttons don’t work and you have to enter commands multiple times. This has resulted in two errant charges on my account of about $30 for overages and trips that I did not incur. I called the support number the first time this happened in an attempt to correct the error, but was routed to a voicemail where I left a detailed message. Nobody ever returned my call, but instead charged my credit card. Now it has happened again. This time I’ve emailed support and am currently awaiting a response. I will not be using this service anymore and can’t recommend it to others. I will update this review with the results of my most recent attempt to contact support and get this resolved.

This app is terrible. The bikes won’t unlock, it’s almost impossible to find your profile information. Not one if The bikes would unlock with the account number and Pin info. Waste of time and money

App took my credit card and money but said I wasn’t in the system. NEVER prompted me to select a network so in my UBER home 15 minutes later, I THINK I’m in the network! You owe me an Uber ride!

Bikes frequently lose contact with the base. When they do, you keep getting charged. You have to email to get the charged revoked, at which point they blame you for user error. And they still don't refund the other rides they charged you for because the first bike was "in use". Customer service is baaad. They never apologise or offer a credit for a faulty bike or bad experience.
Hubs?

Outside of tourist areas, impossible to figure out what is a hub and what isn’t. And you get charged extra for locking to a non-hub. Seems like a scam to me.
