App went into an endless loop

I couldn't figure out how to check out a bike and it only gives you 60 seconds to cancel for free. So I cancelled and the app froze. Now I am standing by 5 unused bikes and the app is icing me out.

Works like a champ

Great app, easy to set up and it's nice that you can use your web-id-number on the bike's pad to take that particular bike. Just need your 6-digit account number and a 4-digit PIN. The locator function works fine in Midtown Atlanta

Junk

Wouldn't accept my Visa card on web or app... no explanation ... why not accept PayPal... I guess they don't want a customer.

claimed i get an hour free to ride everyday on campus and the first two days i rode were free now charges me random amounts of money. seriously do not trust these people. what a rip off. and most of the bikes in the hubs say they need repair when they're totally fine. so stupid. don't give your credit card info

Me and my wife and mother-in-law rented 3 bikes from a bike hub in Santa Monica, CA. We wanted to enjoy the ride and take the bikes off the limited locked out of system areas. On the bikes it states if you take your bike off the out of system areas you won't be charge if you press the Hold button on bike and if you locked with the U-bar to a bike rack and you could hold it for about 1hr without getting a continuous charge for that 1hr of hold or void any fees. Wrong, you will be charge a $20.00/each bike out of system area charge+ any accumulated time you used. parking your bike out of system area will charge you fees, in which both notice are not clear and contradicts each other. Also the other issue we had, one of the bikes we rented we locked it with the u-bar to a bike rack, and unfortunately the u-bar locked on us and couldn't removed even with code the u-bar wouldn't release from the bike, plus since we where in the out of system area and miles away to the nearest bike hub to replace the bike we had to walk 2 miles back just to get another bike. We called prior of walking and they sent out a technician to try to removed u-bar from bike and unfortunately he could removed it. I called in today to try to get that $20 fee of out of system charge refund to me just for the inconvenience of walking and unfortunately they didn't want to hear it or help me out with refund. Be aware of charges!!!!

Great app for bikers

It is really great to see SoBi showing up around the country! We need to be able to use bikes everywhere! And I won't visit a city without my SoBi bikes!

Fast & Intuitive

You will find a bike quickly and reserve it in 2 clicks. Now if they would just expand coverage to include Buckhead in Atlanta, I'd give them the fifth star.

Gotcha

Today was Holy Spokes official opening day. I decided to give Holy Spokes a try. I rode around for 3 min and then I dropped the bike off at one of their corrals. The corrals is less than 1/4 mile from where I picked up the bike. After I locked up the bike at the corral, I received a txt message for a $5 charge for parking the bike at a different corral. I've used other share bikes from other cities and there's no charges for parking a bike at a different corral location. This is my first and last time using Holy Spokes.

Great program

I've been a member for little over a week but have used the bikes everyday. The app makes it easy to find available bikes.
