It lets you build up money in the app but if you try to send it to yourself it’ll take the money from your bank account. I have 110$ stuck in my blue bikes account, and they suspended my account with no explanation
CONFIRM button broken with IOS 13.1.1

The app worked fine before the iOS update. Now with latest iOS 13.1.1 the green “confirm” button doesn’t work when I try to reserve the bike. Fix it.

We tried for 40 minutes to rent a bike and we had to keep resetting our password and finally gave up...2 days prior we actually had no problem...frustrating and even called the phone number which says “it does not accept calls”....not helpful ....gave up...not a good start to our day

In order to unlock one of these bikes, reserve 30 minutes of your day. It’s similar to translating ancient hebrew to the English language
Pending Status

My pending Status does not change after payment. I am unable to login to app. Says “cookies must be enabled “ but in checking Safari settings “block cookies “ setting is disabled. The app gives an option to go to settings but when I press button nothing happens
Can’t get support

I set up an account with my email address and do not have my password. The reset password screen requires information I do not have. There is no way to actually contact support for this app. Guess I just can’t use these bike shares.
