For two days, while using my app, it would close whenever I’d select the cart.

Delivery was supposed to be between 7-8pm. It’s currently 8:42pm. I am regretting the tip I gave in advance. Payment has been submitted to my bank account and it’s about 9pm. No delivery. Seriously. Where’s the communication people. N. E. V. E. R. A. G. A. I. A. N.

Every time i try to shop at smith’s the app itself glitches where it doesn't want to open itself for me to get the smith’s saving or coupon. I have data on and stuff which is really weird.

Seriously what!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I open this app it is completely different. I just want to use the shopping list feature and I can never access my list. When you are in store, it forces you to click that you are shopping in store and changes the format of my shopping list so that I can’t tell what I need! I had to turn location off to disable that feature. So now, whenever I go into the store, the app automatically checks off all the items I needed on my list. I cannot use this app anymore. Not to mention how all the stores are being redone so I can’t navigate the store or find anything. I’m done with smiths!!!!!

This is an awesome service and easy to use app. The person who delivers my food to my car has always been very polite and helpful!! Keep on being awesome!

**NEW UPDATE HAS BUGS**. Whenever I try to select a pickup time for my groceries, the app crashes every time. The "My purchases" part in account is no longer there. Thats a vital part of the app. Please put it back. Also, Im unable to select & deselect the "allow substitutions" tabs for individual items even though Im supposed to be able to. Im only able to click the "allow subs on all items" tab (or something like that), which is irritating. Please fix this, Ive had this issue for over a year now despite mentioning it in numerous feedback & reviews. Something nice that would be cool to see implemented on the app & site, would be reviews of items.

Instead of just being bull headed you need to engage with visa and come to reasonable terms. Stop throwing your tizzy fit.
