Why is this app still on the App Store of the company decided to shut down servers associated with app? Network error? Is there an alternative to use the app to work with my Taylor model 7222f model

Please update the app to work. Stopped working with all the new iOS updates. You can track Covid but can get a simple scale app to work. Thank Apple.

Hey guys if you’re here that means you probably bought one of these Scales ... the issue is , THE APP DOESNT WORK . The last update was 4 years ago so I’m guessing they have given up. I would like you ask you by complaining to the BBB

I just downloaded the app and went through the sign up process. At the end of answering all the questions I got “network error.” Wasted my time. I’ll just get my good ole paper and pen.

And has been broken for at least a year. Even when it worked, it’s was bottom tier quality wise. My condolences if you wasted your money on a smart scale that requires this app.

Have used the scales for two years without problems until I upgrade my iPhone this month. Now I am unable to log back into my account. It is showing network error. I have deleted and redownloaded the app to see if this would work and it has not. Tried to reset password and it showed network error. Was very happy with the scale and app until now. I hope that this error gets fixed and soon if not will have to go back to my Fitbit aria scales.
