App issues – SmarTrack Review

Have used the scales for two years without problems until I upgrade my iPhone this month. Now I am unable to log back into my account. It is showing network error. I have deleted and redownloaded the app to see if this would work and it has not. Tried to reset password and it showed network error. Was very happy with the scale and app until now. I hope that this error gets fixed and soon if not will have to go back to my Fitbit aria scales.
