The worst app ever

The scale itself is good, but the app doesn’t connect, close by itself out of the blue! Horrible!

Weak security. Would be easy to hack. Password is 6-16 characters, evidently only letters. No details on what password requirements are, but only letters worked. I won’t use based in this Then, tried to sync. How? Directions—press activation. Ok. What is that. Nothing on scale has that. So no clue how to sync. Scale directions just say “when you are synced” but don’t tell you how. Really poor.

New iPhone user 15
I absolutely love this scale and the app but today I clicked in the app to sync with scale and it keeps saying network error and wont let me sign in! So, now what? The scale works fine but the app has an issue! Help?
