Doesn’t work anymore

Using version 2.0.4 On iPhone 11.1.2... not working at all, it used to work just fine. It keeps saying “network error.”

Doesn’t update when the app is not active.

It should update in the background automatically when I step on the scale regardless of the phone state. Only updates when the app is the currently running app.

Hi all. I’m not usually one to write reviews, so I’m a keep it in a question form. How is it that I continually get a network error when I try to login with my new iPhone X? I noticed that I stay logged in on my iPhone 6 Plus but since I’ve been having The iPhone X i have to re-login each time I open the app and here lately i constantly receive network error each time attempt login. Amazing how well app worked before have my iPhone X. Please repair app soon.

History gone

Used to work fine, but now it just shows latest weight/stats only, no history at all. Previous history is gone. Giving it two stars because Bluetooth still pairs, and it displays current weight, but really, there’s no point in even having an app if it doesn’t keep a historical record. I can read the scale itself just fine. ?

I just got a scale and it told me to download this app. But once you enter your username and password it asks you to except a privacy policy and an agreement. However you can’t press the accept button. I’ve tried and tried and tried. And because I can’t hit the accept button I can’t get a profile. Therefore makes my scale useless. I guess I’ll return it.

The app and scale don’t talk have to hit connect button on bottom of scale to get it to work. I don't have all the options shown on the display.

I can’t have the app open for more than 10 seconds without it shutting down. Completely useless and I just spend 50 dollars on this scale for nothing.

So not the app freezes on the login screen if you enter your password in correctly. And if you accidentally hit register, you get stuck because the keyboard doesn’t retract so you can’t see the accept button. Finally, it would be nice if the avatar had options for POCs. Or even better how about a picture so you could map your progress?

I really do like getting the different measurements with body fat%, muscle mass %, body water %, and calories with the convenience of Bluetooth, but this would be so much better if the app allowed to download or share the entire history to share with fitness trainers or healthcare professionals. Downloadable history is missing.
