I had to update my phone, and reinstall this app. Well I’ve tried to do that, but I keep getting the Network Error and for the life of me can’t understand why! I’ve never had issues, I can’t track my progress anymore. Now after years of using this products I’m going to have to trash it and buy something else! Which means I lost all my data! Thanks!
This app stop working for almost 4 years. Called the company and they have no solution. Don’t know why Apple still has it in the App Store. Don’t bother downloading or buying any of their scales. I had to give a one star because it was lowest star I could give.

been using the scale and app for several years. Now, all of a sudden, the app quit working. Wont let me login and keeps giving “Network Error” messages. Junk! Time to retire and find something different.
I am also receiving the ‘NETWORK ERROR’ message. Worked fine for years. No response from App developer.
So disappointed in you guys. I have always been loyal to Taylor products and you really dropped the ball on this one. I bought my Taylor scale because of the app and the data it supplied me to support my good health. It has not worked for a long time now and you don’t seem to care to fix it. It has been displaying “Network Error” for over a year now. Yes I have the latest version. Please step it up and protect your brands reputation. Sad to see your lack of concern and attention to this matter :( -Former loyal customer
