This app has never worked well, the Bluetooth implementation was totally botched. Looks like they got somebody’s nephew to code the app but he lost interest. Probably bought a new Sony PlayStation and has been playing Grand Theft Auto ever since. Nice goin’ Taylor! You can regret our inconvenience, but we regret buying your junk hardware!

**Please update your app.** Says network error; can’t connect to phone; would appreciate an update to this app as my scale was not cheap and helped so much with tracking health data

I was using this consistently in 2019 but it is now not a working app and I no longer have access to my data. I was told that the app developers were fired and they no longer have a team developing the app.

The us more working at all anymore. I can’t log in to see my history! I have list all data? why can’t they fix it!?? It just give me Network Error!
