Recently stopped working with a network error. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t solve it. Is the company still in business?

I can no longer use this app. It just spins and spins. I last tried this app about 3 years ago and it was a failure then, as well. Fortunately, the scale works great, but a real disappointment that the app has not been fixed after all this time.

Update: this product is EOL. Unfortunately the vendor hasn’t stated so but I’m just letting you know since they don’t respond to support requests. I don’t be buying any Taylor, bow flex, or homed is products in the future. Total junk. Can the app developer respond and fix the app? As many others have stated, i just get a ‘network error’ and nothing comes up. Can you at least fix it enough for us to export it to Apple health data?

This app was great and then it just stopped connecting to anything and I get and network error. Glad this was free.
