App is broken - just lost 6 years of data – SmarTrack Review
Update: this product is EOL. Unfortunately the vendor hasn’t stated so but I’m just letting you know since they don’t respond to support requests. I don’t be buying any Taylor, bow flex, or homed is products in the future. Total junk.
Can the app developer respond and fix the app? As many others have stated, i just get a ‘network error’ and nothing comes up. Can you at least fix it enough for us to export it to Apple health data?
