Can never find my electric company

When I first moved into my home our electric company uses this app for the bills. Well my phone broke and I had to get a new one and now I can never find my electric company by name or location and they still use this app.

Its surprisingly short, read the privacy policy . They can use any and all data including location and financial information. Also exclude themselves from liability if your information is stolen from them. Scary!

This app stops opening and crashes constantly. With or without Face ID enabled. Not worth downloading.

I was trying to pay my WiFi bill but yet it logs in then glitches out of the app. I deleted the app and restarted my device. It still does the same thing.

I can no longer get the app to function on my iPad Pro. It’s worked very well for last two years but all of the sudden crash city. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but problem persists. Login using just email address is outdated also.

It’s convenient, but I can only use it on my phone. I try to open it on my iPad and I’m continually knocked off. The app desperately needs some bug fixes.
