I just downloaded update,October 6,2020,IOS app still crashes every time I open it.I deleted the app and redownloaded it.I get a split second to see app,then it crashes
The app is the most convenient way for me to pay however since the update I cannot sign into the app at all. I constantly get errors saying it’s down for maintenance. Please fix it
My electric company just changed to this format. There was no instructions on how to re set up auto payments. You can’t copy paste when setting new password. There’s no option to see password as typing. Then it tells you you have too many characters. 12-15 characters btw. Instructions to set up notifications are incorrect or the app is just not working when you go there. It has wasted a lot of my time. It doesn’t even show what date my payment is due so I don’t even know if my payment was made during the transition of changing to this type of format. I hope bugs are fixed and it becomes more user friendly soon.
When I first downloaded this app it worked great. I use this to monitor and pay my electric bills for a house I own out of state so it’s nice to have this to keep an eye on it. Now the last month or more the app does not seem able to connect to the server! So is this an app issue or something bigger? Either way it needs to be addressed ASAP!! I tried going to the app developer website and no way to contact them there so hopefully they monitor comments here.
Hasn’t worked in weeks. Now have to leave my house to go 30 minute drive to pay my electric bill. During covid.
This app used to be great for paying my electric bills. Now for some reason I can not log in. When I try to reset password it gives me and “invalid log in” pop up. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried multiple different passwords with nothing working. Very aggravating.
Latest version keeps crashing on my current model iPad Pro with latest OS. I just added a new account and now it crashes each and every time it loads
The app has been down for weeks with no communication from the devs about what’s happening. Which is a big problem considering that this is the app of a utility. Absolutely garbage.
The app stopped working. You log in and the app tries to open and closes immediately. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but the app still closes immediately after login.
