Don’t know why companies always feel they need to update apps that work and are solid. The new update to v3 is very buggy. If you have multiple accounts or meters you can not go between each of them without receiving ‘no data available’. Only ‘clear cache’ resets it and that’s a pain as it logs the user out of the app.

The app worked great until the update, now it has a (no data available) error when you try to see the usage. It doesn’t look like they are going to fix it anytime soon as this has been going on for a while now. This app is useless!

Easier to call a payment in login doesn’t work and after I change whatever they want me to change I can’t get in still! Plus when I got in yesterday and called in the balances were totally wrong by almost $40! Deleted!

Since the update, I cannot switch views between the two meters in my account. Not much usefulness if I don’t have access to both sets of my meters data.

Most aggravating app ever. Tried for 10 minutes to enter card information but won’t respond, I want to scream! Whatever it accepted ends up gibberish! Called and payed over the phone.

After the last update this app doesn’t work properly, it shows data unavailable when looking at your usage. In order to get it to load, you have to clear cache which logs you out of the app and then you have to log back in. This app is full of bugs since update. You would think that with todays technology it wouldn’t take weeks to get the bugs fixed. This has been going on for weeks with no updates to fix the app.

This app use to work but ever since they “updated” it now it’s just junk. You’ve got to dig around in hopes of finding how to report a power outage. Not sure why they messed with it when it was working fine.

I used to love this app but since the last update I can’t switch between providers or use any of the features of the app. In the old version I could switch between multiple PUD’s that feature is gone? I can no longer add, delete or change providers using the app. I have to uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and that is the only time I can access the home screen. Once I select a provider I am stuck on there site.

Since the app updated it does not work correctly. The usage and amounts are all incorrect. Before the app worked fine. Now it’s worthless.
