My app has not been working since I downloaded the recent update from a week ago. Other than that the app works just fine. But I do think we should be able to do more in the app to access our accounts than just pay.

I used to love this app! The last update that changed everything screwed it up though. I loved that I could look at my usage and it would show if it was good or high. Now they’re all the same color and most of the time when I try to look at my usage it says no data available.

all working except it freezes up in billing history and keeps loading to see usage sad it was so good before the iso 13.... but i see they are fixing bug. i hope they provide app support so calling your power company because of a bug will get pretty annoying to them

I hate this new app...when I try to view my usage it always says still fetching initial data. Also hate the fact that you took the colors away on the usage... that made it so easy to look at and understand. Can we just get the old app back?

I loved this app for the last several months! Now with the most recent update, Nov 2019, I can only ever get my usage to show up about 20-30% of the time. And the app crashes about half the time. The format of the app is less user friendly. I loved the color coded usage colors. Red showing more usage and green being a low usage day. Don’t know why you would take that away.

I guess my app updated without my knowledge. Now Jr doesn’t want to work. I can see how much I owe but I can’t press anything. It’s like it’s frozen. Please fix this!

Your update ruined a good APP! No longer can get usage data as it always show no data! Very slow and non responsive! Bill pay locks up and only works occasionally!

The latest update made the app completely dysfunctional. I went back to paying my bills online, as the app freezes up and prevents me from being able to see or do anything. I’m keeping it installed hoping that the dev team pushes out a fix sometime soon, but it’s already been a month so I’m not sure what to expect.
