It made me pick at least 1 Star, but it is really ZERO. Won’t let me register— I’ve tried probably like 25 times. JUST DOES NOTHING after going through all the steps. Useless piece of GARBAGE UPDATE: STILL USELESS GARBAGE.

Every time I after I enter my email and password I get to see my bill to be able to pay it. But then the app goes down. It wont let me do anything. Iv tried resetting my iPad and redo loading the app.

This was a great app for paying my utility bill...until the IOS 14 update. Now it opens, I log in, and it shuts down while loading the utility info. I’ve tried deleting the app and reloading it. It lets me select my utility company, lets me log in, and then craps out! Someone please get this fixed!

I have iOS devices and I recently updated to the latest iOS version and changed my password for SmartHub and I no longer can login to my account. I have talked to my local provider to resolve this issue also contacted Apple with no resolution to this issue. I had to go back to receiving my paper bill because I can’t login to my account.

Where is pdf view of bill tell The developers to quite screwing with app to justify their job. App worst it has ever been.
App crashes every time

Utterly worthless app. Stopped working a couple of months ago. Now every time I try and log in to use the app, it crashes and closes. Fingerprint ID to open, nope it crashes and closes. Manual password - nope crashes and closes. Delete and reinstall - nothing changes. I’d give this a negative number if I could.
Not working on iPad
