Updated App doesn’t allow you switch meters

The Updated version does not allow you to switch between your meters to see your power usage. I have 2 meters. When you go to settings it lists the available meters but when you select a meter, that selection fails to show. Basically the App have defaulted to one meter and doesn’t allow you to change it. The previous version was much better in this regard.


The total worst app on Apple.

The whole point of getting the smart meter was being able to monitor my household electric usage and be able pay without convenience fees or late fees. Not having to type in my credit card info every time I need to pay the bill.


Newest update needs revised

The newest update took away the option to pay “another amount”. Which helped my family pay weekly on our high electric bills. Now i consider the app useless because i have to pay through the website or over the phone.

You can’t pull pdf bill up anymore app useless might as well not have app if you have to go to the computer to pull bill up.

Kept looping me to fb to Like so I could see outage map streaming info or another map option which takes me back to download the app again. Wife called to let me know power was on and still can’t get to map. Removing worthless app as I type this.


November update has bugs

Jan 2020-now no kwh generation data from my solar panels is showing in usage data. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

I was happy to see a new update hoping the usage page problem was fixed. NOT. Still can’t see my daily usage with Kaua’i utility company. When is this problem going to be fixed.

I tried changing my password numerous times. It keeps saying server error. I contacted my service provider. Nobody can seem to get it working. Should be able to click forgot password and it send you a link like everything and everyone else does. Or your provider should be able to help you more.
