Downloaded from apps many times still won’t let me open it completely,it logs itself out and I can log in but does the same thing again,it’s junk compared to the old one!
This app isn’t good

Had to change my payment method and it didn’t keep the info for autopay. Have to pay now when the notice comes instead of in autopay.
Smart Hub app crashes.

The app crashes on my iPad but works on iPhone. I have rebooted iPad and reloaded the app and still doesn’t work. I contacted the Cimarron Power Company as suggested on your web page but no help.
Wish I’d gotten this sooner—amazing info all in one place!

Love this app! I can see what KW I’m using each day. Can compare from each week the difference in usage. Can go back a yr. to see what I was using. Shows what percentage I’ve increased or decreased in a yrs time frame. This makes me feel I am more in control of my electric bill. Being on a fixed low disability income, this helps me know if I’m going over too much. Highly recommend this to anyone. Can pay through this site too. So easy!

Can’t get to account information - after it signs in, it crashes before it displays data on iPads. Works on iPhone.

Was always a dependable app but now it keeps crashing has crashed through the past couple of months still hasn’t been fixed. What’s up? I’ve taken the app off rebooted it a couple times still doesn’t work I can get into it it flashes my Bill on the screen then crashes.
App Doesn’t Work

This app literally does not work. For the past several months I’ve been trying to login to pay my electricity, and after logging in with FaceID it just spins forever. I have to pay my electricity on the website.
Guernsey Muskingum Electric Cooperative not in the list.

I was able to login on an older version of the app on Android, but I cannot login on Apple or Android devices since Guernsey Muskingum Electric Cooperative is not in the list!

I’ve several times to get into the app with their password code but it won’t register!! It’s a lame app.
