No password Encryption of the wifi passwords? – Smart Home Manager Review

Seems I have security issues. Does the smart app not have password encryption? If you go to the website you have the choice…I was given several phone numbers for att&t. 1800-331-0500 said they could change the password but not the access point…It’s still the same…
