Once you’ve selected your souvenir, simply use the app to ship it to your home or Walt Disney World Resort hotel. We deliver to all 50 states in the U.S. (not including P.O. boxes).
Then, visit our Order History page to track your package as it makes its way from our castle to yours.
Plus, any eligible Disney Visa® Cardmember, Annual Passholder or Disney Vacation Club Member discount will apply to the purchases you make through the app.

Misleading at best...

Downloaded this app at the end of our Disney vacation thinking I could use it to snag a few toys for my son that we missed due to the sheer excitement of being at Disney and spending all of our time enjoying the parks. However, 99% of the toys are “In-Store Only” which defeats the purpose of advertising this app as a way to order and ship home Disney merch that we weren’t able to get at the park. Deleted the app after 5 minutes.

Totally agree with other reviewer that this app does not show accurate inventory. We went on a wild chase for an item that the apps says it’s in stock. Actually it’s not!

Updated this app one week ago. App keeps crashing. Deleted app, reinstalled. Still having the issue. I can’t even sign in without having it crash. It’s obnoxious.

So I was hoping to use this as a shopping list where I could put everything the kids wanted into a cart and get it delivered to home at the end of the vacation, but literally every item they liked at the in park stores was out of stock in the app. Utterly and completely useless.

When I would put stuff in my cart to order like a few days later, I would wake up the next day an everything would be gone! It says that there is a problem please try again! As much as I would try nothing would work. Several times i would have to delete the app and redownload the app.
