I love this app! I wish, however, there was a way to create a wish list so I don’t forget what I want to purchase while shopping.
No longer for Disneyland

When I first downloaded this app I could use it at Disneyland. Since we have annual passes and go often this was a great feature. It no longer works at Disneyland, so now this app is useless to me. So frustrating!

I love this app because you can search up what you need and if you don’t know how to find it, it will show you!!!!
Need more options
another Disney nut
I'm an annual pass holder and self proclaimed Disney nut. I'm in the parks all the time but don't always want to make a purchase right then and there...mostly because I don't want to carry the items around. Yes, I'm aware that there are options to hold at the front of the park until I leave, however most of the time id just like the ease of the item to be delivered. I frequently find items in the app that are listed as "only in store" which is frustrating. If it's sold in the park, then it should be available on the app for purchase as well. I can only imagine the frustration for someone who doesn't live close who wasn't able to pick up the item in the park (travel space constraints, etc.). Why bother listing in the app if you can't buy it through the app. Just my 2 cents.
Good start, gone way downhill

Initially, this app was great for helping you find that item you may have missed on a trip or just didn’t have time to get to the parks to buy. Now it has become rather pointless with more and more items becoming “in-store only” options meaning you can’t purchase and have them delivered to your home. I can only assume this is caused by Disney’s inability to ensure that actual available stock will match what is on the app which has apparently led to many cancelled orders.
Poor policy leads to no Anniversary Gift

In park had what I wanted, I was told to just order online and ship home. We left park, only to find out that online is in Memphis and is out of stock. They can’t tell me when it will be back in stock. They do not or would not let the park ship to me or to take my Credit card number. So my item sits on a shelf in the park and offered no alternatives. So my anniversary gift can’t be given.
Glitch
Pickle wash
Tried to purchase items. Able to put in cart but unable to pay for it. At checkout it says that my address doesn’t exist. Come on Disney with all the tech available to you spend some effort on your websites and apps
