Great app but could use a little something

I love the app and how useful it is. But it would be nice to be able to make a favorites list to help plan for a trip better in advance.

Keeps kicking me out, did it 5 times in one day. I wish I could also ask my friends to connect though Facebook instead of adding them them their email to invite them to link

1. Used the app to locate an item. App said it was at a cart in Animal Kingdom. After 20 minutes of searching while we waited, cast member said it wasn't there. Couldn't explain why the app still said it was there (and nowhere else). 2. Placed an order on-line for three items. Items were in stock. Credit card charged for full amount. Three days later I get a notice that one item was cancelled. Called guest services. Spoke to guest services who said it was out of stock. No explanation as to why I was allowed to order an out of stock item. But he did tell me that there would be no back order placed and no notification when the item is restocked. Credit card situation still pending. These examples are absurd, especially from Disney. Two attempts to use the app for two inexplicable failures. 4/25/18 Update. In the parks this week. Went to three stores in two different parks looking for an item that was showing in stock. No store had it and no one could explain why the app thought they did. Wasted several hours of vacation time on account of this ridiculous app.

What’s the point if you can’t buy anything?!?

It is so frustrating that what I want from the parks is either not on the app at all or marked “in store only”. What’s the point of this app if I can’t purchase what I want?

It’s kind of amazing how I can order Walt Disney World merchandise from across the country to California and STILL benefit from my annual pass discount here at Disneyland. The selection is relatively modest compared to visiting the parks yourself, but the occasional online exclusives are always very nice to see.

I’ve used this app in and out of the parks since it was released. Sitting somewhere being able to click the Find on Map button to know WHERE to go to get what I wanted was great. Today I’m trying to find a shirt and it just tells me it’s available In Store Only. No map button to tell me WHICH STORE. That was one of the most handy features this app had. Disney World is HUGE. You can’t go to every store hunting for a specific item. Shame on them for removing the ability to find in store.

The app does not allow me to change the shipping method. I do not want the three day shipping but it is the only option so I will not purchase the item and pay $24.95 to ship it. The item was not available at Disney world park and I didn’t have time to purchase it at another location when in Orlando.

I wanted to by the pirates of Caribbean purse and guardian of gal y back pack but they are only available in store and I wanted to buy online
