App barely works!

Can hardly find what you need! Won’t show where on the map things are, when stuff shows up it’s always in the wrong location. Also if it’s called the “Shop Parks App” you should be able to buy all of this stuff from the convenience of your own home! Not have to go to WDW to go get it. If they want an app to help people locate stuff while at the parks they should create a separate app for that, but not one that mixes the two together! This is just pure craziness. Also the personal shoppers and eBay flippers are getting out of control! WDW and Disneyland need to come up with a system for all of their merchandise just like their AP special event magnets where they scan your magic bands/passes and look at your ID’s in order to buy a certain amount of any product that they sell at the parks!

I can open the app (looking at items in a disney world store and it will say “out of stock”. Trying to find my wife a loungefly purse, they all say in store purchase and out of stock. I looked at 6 designs in a store today that the app says are not there. How do I decide to keep looking in other stores? Amazon has those purses cheaper by the way. You guys saved me money by not having any design she wanted in stock. So this should be positive, but it isn’t.
Crashes when logging in

I’ve installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated my phone several times over the last few weeks and nothing has fixed the issue. The app works fine to browse and cart items, but crashes as soon as I log in to purchase anything. I would’ve spent a lot of money had the app worked even once but no luck.

I love Disney and this app is for the most part great, but why are there so many “in store only” purchases in an app that is supposed to be for those that cannot get to a store/theme park or saw something they didn’t get a chance to get while there? If I could buy it in person, I wouldn’t need the app so why show me what I can’t buy online when I’m looking for park products on an online shopping app??????
