Says in stock at store. But all sales attendants say if you cannot find it then it’s not here. They don’t even help find the spot in the store it is supposedly to be.
There’s No point to having if they do this....

I was in Disney a few days ago and saw an item I wanted. I didn’t have time to pick it up so I downloaded this app because supposedly the whole purpose of it is to help you purchase products you see while on your trip. Besides the app being a tad slow I found the item and ordered it with relatively no issues. It showed me where it was located in the various parks, but I was already at the airport so I just selected Home delivery. I got a confirmation number and it said it would be shipped out. 5 DAYS LATER MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. While I will be refunded after calling the reason stated was they were sold out. However, when I ordered the item it showed there were still plenty available in various stores in the parks. There is no scheduled restock on my item so I was just told sorry and to have a magical day. The whole point of this app is to get you items at the parks when you’re not there and apparently that can’t be done. Either because they don’t prioritize the app orders or because the map that shows where and how many items are at the park it wrong. Either way I see it as a fundamental issue. I would not recommend this app or this Disney Service. Extremely disappointed.

Looking for an item, searched using app on iPad, the item I’m looking for can’t be found. Try again on iPhone using the exact same search term and it’s the first result returned?!?
