App no longer saves credit card information. Please fix as this is a huge hassle to reenter for every single order.

Some suggestions for improvement

It would be great if there was an option to save your address(s) so you didn’t have to type it in each time. I would also love to have the capability of saving instructions for delivery drivers. There is a Shake Shack 15 minutes from me, yet sometimes when I order for delivery, my order will be sent to the Shake Shack across town resulting once in an almost two hour wait and cold food. Some clarification as to why (for example, shorter wait time or inventory of supplies) would be appreciated. You have the option to reorder from a previous order, but when you go to check out the items disappear from your cart, so in effect you don’t actually have the option of reordering. I love the ability to track your order and I wish you could rate drivers from the app because some of them have been great and deserve to be recognized. Otherwise, it’s a handy little app and I love the built-in option for pickup or delivery.

Tried ordering from the app for delivery multiple times. The time kept getting pushed back way past the latest arrival and it wasn’t even prepared yet. The gps system to track the driver is faulty and glitches. There should be some discount for late arrivals.

Prepare for spam

If you use this app, prepare to get spam push notifications multiple times a week trying to get you to make an order. There's no settings to turn this off.

App won’t load

There are days the app works fine and others just hangs at the shake shack green logo screen. Only way to fix it is deleting and reinstalling, eventually happen again.

What happened to the app

Horrible update. The app was ok before, but not perfect. Now, it is limiting me to 3 hamburgers/cheeseburgers for my family of 7. I was hoping the update would allow comments, so I can say please do not burn my gluten free bun. Why would they make the app less user friendly; I’m confused. Unfortunately, I will be eating elsewhere tonight.
