Doesn’t give you the option to add any items to your bag/cart so you never get the chance to check out the order for neither delivery or pick-up
Bug!! Can’t order small sprite

App doesn’t work for placing orders. Hasn’t for months! So frustrating and confident this is losing the company tons of money. Fix this ASAP please.
Never use this app to order food

Waited two hours for a delivery to be cancelled. Tried calling the listed number only for the partner service to tell me they couldn’t pull up my order or help me. The app itself just takes you to shake shake’s sad excuse for a website where you post your question and hope someone responds. Never even got my refund back. Had to call the bank, waste three hours on a Sunday just to order from somewhere else.

App doesn’t tell you if orders are not being taken. Just leaves you hanging. Forever. Super easy to lose your entire order. Awful awful app.
Inaccurate and Lacked Technical Support

I had ordered through app at 9:30 PM and was informed that the latest time for delivery would be 10:45. Knowing that there may be some delay due to a possible influx of orders I expected the latest. This lead to me waiting an additional hour to approximately 11:45 PM where I would simply make my way to the establishment I had ordered from and picked it up myself. The app continued to delay further and further up until 12:20 which prompted my own personal pickup. I do recommend ordering Shake Shack through a third party app as opposed to this and will never attempt this again.

Pickup order entries work around 20% of the time both on the app and website. Get it together SS!
