Headline speaks for itself. It worked great for a couple weeks, but it was super annoying to have to re-input my address every time o ordered. And now it doesn’t work at all, when I go to pay, it won’t go thru no matter what form of payment I use. The app needs a lot of work

Paid for food and it wasn’t there

Ordered food. Paid for food. Showed up at Shake Shack and they never had the order, knew nothing about it. Still waiting on refund.

App is the worst

Shake shack is wonderful! Their app however is the worst.

Keyboard entry for numbers is not ideal

I had to re-enter all of my payment card data - all numbers - and none of the fields defaulted the keyboard to numbers. It was annoying for so many fields. Also I entered my CVV for the new card and then had to enter it again after confirming my order. I shouldn’t have to do that when I entered my card info less than 30 seconds earlier.

No relish

I love hotdogs, but who’s heard of selling hotdogs and not having relish. It’s un-American. To be clear, I’m sure Shake Shack is patriotic as anybody. Their hotdogs are great, sadly though, until they get relish, I can know why your support Shake Shack. Shake Shack please reply you’re getting relish, and I will update my review.
