I hate it when apps abuse notifications like this. I only allowed notifications so I could get order updates, not to receive distracting push ads

Looks nice, but it lets you go all the way through a delivery order and select time etc. then says no delivery times are available. Then if you opt for pickup it clears your whole order.
Can’t use gift cards or promo coupons in the app?

Seems absolutely insane they don’t accept their own gift cards in their app.

Doesn’t properly save card numbers, menu doesn’t allow customer to exclude toppings. Genuinely want to know how much time was put into making this

Dowloaded the app to order online for pick up. The app never found the shake shack location. Total waste of time. Very disappointing.

Quick for orders you don’t need to customize. Please add more customizable features to be able and add or remove ingredients. Sometimes a burger without lettuce and tomatoes are desired. Thanks
App is a Disaster

I hope people are just rating the food, because this app is completely erratic. It chooses something new to freak out about every other week. Today it will not allow more than three burgers. Cool, I will order from Steak & Shake for my family of six.
