Nice app. Pictures are helpful. Customizable options. But….no way to leave a note for the order. Would have liked to ask for extra crispy fries. :(

The app doesn't work. I can't order food on it. There is no where to actually accept the order to get food made. Frustrating and a waste of time.

The process of ordering through the app was way to difficult. It took way too long and made me late for work. The manager was very helpful

Credit card information glitching

Every time I log into the app I have to re-enter my credit card information even though I saved the time prior. The last two times it kept saying that my card was not authorized, or that there was an issue and to add another card… what if you don’t have another card? Sometimes people don’t want to use credit cards and pay interest on a $20 meal! My card is perfectly valid and I used it 30 minutes prior! They need to figure out these glitches because they’re losing customers as I took my business elsewhere because it was completely inconvenient
