Update: a week later it still doesn’t work. An app that works some of the time is useless. Why don’t you make an app that works all the time. Is that asking too much?

I am with 3 starving kids at home, spent a lot of time trying to pay using multiples payments methods, none of them have worked. Had to use DoorDash and pay 30% more, but at least it worked .

app needs a serious update!! it hasn’t worked for me in over a month! i never get past the loading screen and i have the most recent iphone. no reason for it not to work

I’ve downloaded this app and redownloaded it many times, but the app refuses to open.
My $11 burger costs $20 to deliver? So much for that 0.99 delivery!

Why can’t I have no sauce, etc anymore in customize the order? Literally can’t use the app to order anymore, you had these options before.
