Instant crash

Like the reviews below mine the app opens and immediately crashes. I tried deleting the app, putting my phone to sleep and reinstalling. It still crashed instantly. I deleted the app. Then I reset my phone and installed the app again. It instantly crashed again. I downloaded an older version of the app on an older phone running iOS 12 and it worked fine there. It was too late to get the T-Mobile offer. Please fix the app and maybe consider giving people who reviewed the app with a crashing problem a credit for the T-Mobile offer. I would change my rating if I got a credit and the app worked.
Deleting App, does not work

This App used to work, at least a few times, but now it does not work at all, and has frustrating me so badly that I will now delete it. I cannot even place an order from their website without the app. Whatever is cooking at ShakeShack, it ain’t good!

The only thing I Would like is example be able to weight a request example I don’t want tomatoe on it I don’t want ice on the drink that’s all the app really needs other than that it’s good

This app crashes alot! And bow the app wont even work, click on it shows like its about to open then just stops disappears and goes back to my home screen. I can’t open the app at all, deleted and reinstalled, same problem.
Worst food app

Can’t reorder past orders and then EDIT them in the cart like u can do with chipotle app or McAlister’s. Always glitching. Right now keeps asking me to choose my location over and over again. Ugh.
Doesn’t work

Application produced an error when I tried to order. It happens during the last step of the ordering. Website does the same. It used to be a good service.
Sometimes Add To Cart button is missing.

Sometimes, the button to add an item to the cart is missing so I just can’t place an order. It just never appears at the bottom of the screen, no matter the options I check. Restarting doesn’t fix it for some reason.
