Can’t mesh other friends with 20S. FallBack/WorkAround is to use intercom mode. It’s a sucky feeling to invest in this tech and end up using primitive mode to make it work.
Useless for my Sena SMH10-10.

Unit pairs with my Iphone X’s Max, but this app will not recognize it. It keeps saying to pair phone. I have tried everything trouble shooting technique available. Lomé others I find this app a Complete a waste of time.

I cannot get this app to work with my Sena 10. $160 Bluetooth headset is a waste.

I can’t even get it to work. It keeps telling me if I want to use it I need to update my headset’s firmware. It’s up to date. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing. I would give 0/5 stars if I could. This company deals in technology, but so far every turn I’ve made w/ it is just a nightmare and I am completely baffled. (The device manager is just horrendous so good luck w/ that, too)

The title says it all. This app is useless for connecting to any SENA devices. I have 8 SMH10 devices that are all updated and NONE of them will connect to this garbage app. Thanks for the help SENA...

No pairing for U
Sena has dropped the ball and any semblance of customer satisfaction. I have two Sena 20s that I can connect. I recently purchased the 10C Pro and it WILL NOT connect to either 20s so I can talk to my passenger or any body else. I have tried everything to connect the Sena‘s to each other and it just won’t happen. Be aware of no after purchase support and good luck!!

I have the SMH10R. I updated the firmware tonight to the newest version 5.1.2. I have triple checked I have the newest firmware. I have deleted and reinstalled the Sena Utility app numerous time. Rebooted my iPhone X. It says “pair Sena headset to this iPhone”. I’m wearing the helmet, paired, listening to iTunes, sitting in my living room, and a window pops up “if your headset cannot be connected with this app, please update the headset to the latest firmware version”. What am I doing wrong? This device streams iTunes and Pandora beautifully. However, the phone calls are broken up, like it is loosing connection. This issue is noticed sitting still, phone in chest pocket. I was advised by a local bike shop that an update should cure the phone call issue. Please help.

Great idea SENA has. Now, let’s perfect it. At least update to the point where they are manageable & dependable. It’s very frustrating when we pay this kind of $ and it doesn’t work. Our rides would be so much more enjoyable if SENA would make them user friendly! This is our second model of them & still not satisfied for the performance of the system. Anyone else feel it too? Please help to get the word out to SENA that they NEED to do something SOON if they care about customer satisfaction.

I can not for the life of me get the Sena app to stay connected. It will connect and in the middle of changing my headset settings, it will tell me the app needs to shut down and restart. I had forgotten why I uninstalled the app previously but now I quickly remember. So frustrating. My husband has no issues. We have the same size iPhone and use the same internet WiFi. I just don’t understand. Uninstalling again!! Hopefully Sena gets this fixed!!!

I don’t u detest and the negative feedback. Unless you are a complete moron it’s easy. Leader of group holds two buttons to start pairing then one by one everyone else does the same. Wow so tough guys. Great work Sena and excellent product.
