When you look at the review of this app, people aren’t wrong. The app is not intuitive, has a UI from the 1980’s and doesn’t bring any value other than configuration which is easier on a laptop pc or Mac. Sena certainly ruin the whole product experience with this app, it’s a good job the headset is good. Their competitor, Cardo, has the same type of product but their app feels a lot fresher and brings a few more functions such as audio control.

Will not connect

We have 2 brand new SMH10R headsets, these are the second set of headsets we have purchased and will be the last. This app says to connect headset to phone I DID and it works. The app keeps saying that I have to pair headset with phone. I am using the SMH10R headsets.

Refuses to connect to headsets complaining about firmware version. I am at the latest firmware version. Sena needs to learn how to do business if they think people will pay this kind of money for their product and not get a working app. Garbage app. They refuse to fix the issues with it and have told me this in a tech support session. Do not buy Sena products
iOS13 compatibility

The current version of the app is not compatible with iOS13. It will not connect to a SRL headset but will connect if I downgrade. Please address this as the beta has been available for months and Sena should have been prepared for the iOS13 launch.
Won’t pair with SLR

Just purchased new Shoei Neotec2 and SLR. App can’t connect to SLR, even though iPhone is paired. Very disappointed considering how much it cost (especially since SLR isn’t Mesh).

Does not connect to 10U C3Pro under IOS13.1.

This app does not connect to my 10U under IOS 13.1. It thinks the phone is not paired but it is.
Worked fine until iOS13 update

The app worked well with my 10s U til my iPhone did the iOS13 update. After that it will not connect to the unit. I have deleted it and repaired it to the phone. I have ensured the firmware is updated to the latest and it is V2.0. I also deleted and reinstalled the app. No luck. Please fix.
