With the quality of headsets you produce, I would expect far better from you on the app as well. I've been able to connect the app to my brand new 20s a whopping 2 times before it decided to have the "non connection" issue that so many other people on here have reported. Where the app says to connect the 20s unit to your phone, when it's already connected and I'm able to listen to music and make calls. I love the headset, got all my buddies to buy them too, but we're not able to fully utilize the functions due to this app being terrible..
Cannot Connect to IOS 13 or 13.1

I am having a problem with iOS 13. Please correct the app to work with the current Apple operating system. Other than this, I like the product. This app is frustrating. And updates should have been completed during Apple’s Beta period.....or am I expecting too much.

Come on Sena, you have any QA people working for you? This app is an embarrassment. I updated to the latest firmware for my 20s (firmware v2.0) and now the app won’t connect to the 20s (complains I need to upgrade my firmware...nope, I’m at the latest, try again. Sooo, what’s the point now? To be fair, the phone pairs with my phone (7+) without issues and plays everything from Spotify to Waze. Your iOS app team just needs to be fired. Probably my last Sena product thanks to this and the non-working voice control and uber non-intuitive controls. Good luck Sena.
App doesn’t connect

I am having what seems to be a common issue, the phone app doesn’t connect headset. I updated the firmware as it says and it still doesn’t connect.

My phone is always connected to my 10C Pro but whenever I try to change the settings, it always tells me I have to connect the app to my phone and to disconnect the ride shared app which I don’t even have downloaded. This app as well as every other app Sena makes is crap but the camera and Bluetooth itself are amazing quality. I guess I’ll have to change the settings manually like usual. FYI if the apps get better I will change my rating.

I see that I am the odd ball out but can you support ALL Sena devices. I currently have the DWO-5 pro which is supposedly equivalent to SMH10R. I would love to use this app.
Cannot connect app since IOS13

Got two 10S. Both connect to iPhone just fine. Under IOS12 used app to change functionality. Under IOS13 device will connect but app no longer works, says I need a firmware update. App on Windows 10 using USB can be used to change functionality. Tech support knows of problems but no solution yet.
Not user friendly at all

The app doesn’t come with any user guide included, so you have to download even more stuff, and then if it thinks your headset firmware is out of date it won’t connect to your headset. Why doesn’t the app have the ability to update your headset? These were expensive headsets, but the user experience is like what you would expect from cheap junk.
