Confounding how awful this software is

The app crashes, doesn’t connect, doesn’t work... then all of a sudden works like a charm. Totally frustrating. I woke up at 6am for a ride and spent 40 mins standing all dressed up at the curb messing with my stupid SENA. DOES THIS COMPANY GET IT? Wake up SENA and act like a product segment leader!!!

Doesn’t support the brand new 30K

Just bought the new sena 30K and the app can’t find my unit which is connected to my phone. Brand new flagship comm and this app can’t make it work? Pathetic. Returning for cardi

I have no idea what the low reviews are all about. The UI is obvious and simple. There's a help bubble that explains each function right there next to each item. I ran through every single setting in five minutes and I was ready to ride.

I just did the firmware update on my Sena 10S (to the just-released 2.0). Since then, every time I launch this app it says “There is a new version available in the App Store.“ But the version in the App Store is 2.5.5, the same as the installed version. Why does it keep asking for an update? And why doesn’t it update through the normal App Store update process instead of having to delete and install a new version? I like Sena’s hardware, but man, their software really needs some work.

After updating to 2.5.5, each time the app is opened, it states that there is “a newer version available in the App Store.” Only problem is, there isn’t. 2.5.5 is the newest. ?

Keeps saying I need to update my 10r firmware before I can use settings. I have the latest firmware!!! Then it says terminate the ride connected app. I don’t have a ride connected app!!! This is the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. The sound quality on my 10r is also garbage. What a waste of $300!
It’s not 2010 anymore

After being prompted to install an update that didn’t show up, 5 hours later the update finally appeared in the App Store. It does what it’s supposed to I guess, but the UI definitely needs updates for iPhones that were released after 2010...

Ability to connect with others not good. The volume in the helmet is good sometimes and too low most of the time.
