If you own a motorcycle and hopefully a helmet, I highly recommend getting a Sena Bluetooth Communication System. I currently have the 20S EVO and it works great. Audio quality and volume are higher than expected. The app has been working great for me so I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I'm guessing the app might have some problems with certain phone's OS. I have an iPhone 7+ running iOS 11.4 and haven't had a single issue.

I have the 10r with the latest firmware update. The phone and headset connect fine. The app is too dumb to know it is connected. Go figure.

Garbage app. It keeps asking me to connect my phone with my sena bluetooth. They’ve been paired, I can make calls, play music, etc. This worthless app is the only thing not connecting. It’s better to just manually control everything yourself. The sena device works great, this app is a fail.
Firmware doesn’t update

Hi, I like Sena 20S. It’s easy to use. But for Apple users, somehow the firmware doesn’t get updated because the DeskTop Apple store doesn’t have Sena when I search for it. Whereas for Android, the support is there. My question is Apple making it hard for third-party to connect to Apple eco-system because they have to reveal their source code and whatnot? Or is it because they don’t trust Apple?
Rarely works correctly

Clunky interface and the app rarely sees my 20s is connected to my phone. Very frustrating to deal with the whole SENA system. Legend of Zelda was easier to figure out.
Connection Problems

Once downloaded the app connected to my SENA 10s once. I was able to set my presets for the FM Radio, look up better instructions for how to use it, etc. but ever since that first time it says it isn’t able to connect and the app needs to restart. Then it closes.
Connection failure every time

Just got SENA tufftalks and I can’t even connect. I literally sitting here listening to Spotify through them but the app just says connection failure
Doesn’t pair with the 10s...

Downloaded newest firmware. App was useless from the start with 10s. Keep getting a “connection failed, app needs to restart.” Uninstalled.
