I have looked for the best app and I think this app will definitely meet our needs. There are other Scooty apps that will just alert you when an explicit content is sent but the truth is, you need to Monitor all of the messages of your children. And this application will do just that at a reasonable price!

It tells me the host is down every time I would open the sign in link for her. the app is stupid and useless
No refund!

I have been trying to get this app to work for about six months now. They said they were going to review it and give me a refund. Downloaded the app and paid $50 on 8-14-2020. When I try to get into the app it says I must wait 30 minutes before trying to access the app it’s been six months! No refund, no emails about a refund in three months. I am a single grandmother raising my three grandchildren! I do not have $50 to just throw away!

Couldn’t get anything working on this app. They tell you that they support all smartphones but they don’t tell you that iPhones are extremely limited, and they won’t refund your money after they verbally agreed to. Very disappointed. How are companies like this around?
Not worth the time or money

I signed up for this service to monitor my daughters texts and calls. The text and call logs never would update. I engaged the support team and was told to just use the back up feature on a Mac or windows pc. I explained we don’t have either of those. We only use iPhones and iPads. I received no further response. I waited a couple more days to see if the issue would be fixed before asking to cancel the service and receive a refund. I was again told to just use the back up option by the same person I’d already explained what we use to. This company has done nothing more than take $50. Don’t waste your time or money!

Don’t bother getting this app if you have Apple products… In order to use it you have to download a multiple of other programs for it to work. Maybe. All it did was mess up my daughters phone and mine. I had to delete the app to remedy the problem. I tried to get a refund after a few days of attempting to use it and nobody will respond to my messages. This app and it’s customer service is awful.

Do not get upgraded version if you want to view sms or calls if you have an iPhone!!! It does not work!! Still waiting to hear back to get a refund. Such a scam.
Never was able to use and daughter gets a text message from some inappropriate number

They deserve 0 Stars. Everyone gets these random calls from people or whatever.. spam.. etc.. this is supposed to help with that and inappropriate messages to children. This all does not help with that. If you want to protect your child look elsewhere

This product does not work well on Apple products. If you think it shouldn’t take a rocket scientist…well I am one. It wouldn’t allow FaceTime to work on iPads or I phone no matter the settings. This continued when monitoring was turned off, and even when the app was uninstalled. It required me to return both devices to factory settings. Good luck teaching their customer support team.
