This description of what this app can do is very misleading. The only way you can see text messages or call logs is if your child backs up their phone. Well no kid is dumb enough to leave anything bad on their phone. They can just delete it before the back up and you’ll never know. Also, the customer service is absolutely atrocious!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app!

I have been trying to work with support for close to two weeks now trying to get this app to work. In the first email I sent I provided my phone number, as well as email, in hopes somebody would just call me and we’d get it figured out and asked for a refund. Instead I’m trapped in this endless back and forth of emails...with a lag time of 1-2 days between each response. In the meantime I downloaded another app that costs more but the lack of wasting time with the back and forth seems worth it. This app doesn’t automatically renew so I’m pretty much just washing my hands of my $40 at this point.

The free version allows you to limit/block websites, block certain keywords, set specific usage times also allows you to set allowable numbers they can use during those blocked times for emergencies. It also emails you a report about the websites they were accessing or blocked from.

I don't know why this app has such terrible reviews! I use it for both of children's phones and it works amazing. I love the daily report and knowing my kids can't access anything they shouldn't. I've tested it and it blocks web pages great on Android, which I've been unable to do thus far. I just which there was an app for parents to easily acesss their kids profiles. Right now you have to go onto the website. That could be one of the problems people are having, because my sister was having the same problem and wondering why she couldn't do anything with the app on her service. A Secure teen Parent Dashboard App would be awesome!

I bought the full version after that it wouldn’t work on my sons phone. I demanded my money back and haven’t heard from them since. Don’t get this app!
