Not happy with the app

I used the trial and it was great! However I bought the app version and I’m not at all satisfied. I’ve updated some controls on my side and it needs to get permission from my child in order for it to effect! Also, I can no longer view the sms or what my child has been viewing online. Very disappointed

Terrible App& Customer Service

My son had an android and we had the apple and for the first couple of days it kind of worked for the most part. We decided to get my son son a new phone and purchased the apple and we could not get the app on his phone it wasn’t available. Tried getting technical support and not helpful I contacted customer...no better, I requested for a refund and I was told warranty is good for the first 15 days. So, I basically paid for something that doesn’t work. Look for a different product.

I purchased the app last December and couldn’t see web, location or text messages, the things I wanted to monitor most. I contacted customer service several times but nothing worked. My last few emails were ignored. VERY disappointing app. Six months later, the app is still useless.

Look elsewhere for this type of service. I paid and was still not registered. Called the number and there was no answer. When someone finally answered they claimed I wasn’t even in their system despite several attempts to activate. Never got my money back and was unable to launch the service.

This is a horrible service, and I would stay far away from it. The software doesn’t work if you don’t pay for the highest level of service, and even that is very bad. The new product we’ve found is cheaper and much better. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Upgraded to premium. Website with secure monitoring app is down. Called a support number and it said they were closed in business hours. I would like all my money back.
